A softer, busier court for Kaysville families

Hard courts are hard. A standard acrylic surface over concrete is fast and consistent, but hours of play on it add up in knees, ankles and backs. That is where a cushioned surface comes in. Supreme is a certified AT Sports CushionX installer. CushionX is a rubber cushion mat, 4 to 8 mm thick, that sits beneath the acrylic and takes some of the impact out of every step, which younger players notice when they fall and older ones notice the next morning.
CushionX goes over a concrete or asphalt base, under the acrylic color coats and lines, so the court looks like any other and plays softer.
Underneath, the base is excavated and graded to drain, and the slab is post-tension concrete, which keeps it in one tight piece through Davis County winters. That matters even more under a cushioned surface, because everything on top depends on the slab staying sound.
For a court that hosts a crowd, think about the extras too. Benches give players somewhere to wait their turn, a scoreboard and timer keep games honest, and Dominator LED lights let the last game of the night finish. Lines for more than one sport let the court switch from pickleball to basketball as the crowd changes.

What does CushionX feel like?
