One Spanish Fork slab, several sports
Plenty of households play more than one sport. A multi-sport court puts several games on one slab, so the same space serves the basketball player, the pickleball fans and the summer volleyball crowd, and nobody has to wait for a turn at the park.
The secret is the net posts. Sleeves set into the slab let different posts drop in and come out: pickleball posts for one game, taller volleyball posts for another, a tennis net on a larger court. When a net isn't in use, the sleeves are capped and the surface is clear.
Lines tell each game apart. Each sport gets its own color, so players can read their lines at a glance: white for basketball, a contrasting color for pickleball, and another for volleyball if you add it. The layout is planned so the lines don't crowd each other or the hoop.
Think about which games matter most, too. The sport you play most should get the prime position on the slab, with the others fitted around it.
A hoop at one end, an adjustable one if kids will use it, rounds out the court, and fencing keeps balls of every size inside. Dominator LED lights let evening games go on after sunset.
Under all of it is a site assessment, excavation and grading so the court drains, a post-tension slab, and Sports Master acrylic sand-mix in your colors. A bigger multi-sport slab needs careful grading, because water has farther to travel to get off it.
