A Springville court you can build in stages
Plenty of families would rather not build everything at once. In Springville, about 4 miles from where our Northern Utah crew is based, a sport court can be planned as a whole and built in steps: the slab, surface and lines first, then fencing, windscreens or Dominator LED lights when the time is right. The trick is planning the later pieces from the start.
That means deciding now where light poles and fence posts will go, so nothing has to be cut into a finished court later, and leaving room on the slab for the lines you might add. A pickleball court today can become a pickleball and basketball court next summer if the key's position is planned in.
The first stage is the one that has to be right. We excavate and grade the site so water runs off, pour post-tension concrete with cables tensioned after it cures to keep cracks closed, and finish it in Sports Master acrylic sand-mix. In Art City, color deserves a little extra thought, and a custom logo can go in now or later.

Yes. We plan where light poles and fence posts will go from the start, so they can be added later without disturbing the finished court.
Can more sports' lines be added afterward?
