Lehi courts from Traverse Mountain to the valley
On Traverse Mountain, homes sit on the hillside with big views and backyards that fall away. Down in the valley near Thanksgiving Point, lots are flatter and often more compact. A Lehi sport court is a different project in each place, and the first visit is about understanding which one you have.
On the hill, the work is making a flat pad: we excavate and grade it into the slope, leaving a slight fall to drain, and add fencing so balls don't head downhill. In the valley, the work is fitting the games into the room: pickleball and a half-court key can share one slab, each set off by its own color.
Both get the same foundation. The slab is post-tension concrete; after it cures, cables inside it are pulled tight so the concrete stays squeezed together and small cracks don't grow. Sports Master acrylic sand-mix covers it, and the lines go on last.
Traverse Mountain sits by the Point of the Mountain and catches its wind, so windscreens are worth a look up there, and Dominator LED lights make a court useful after a long day. Lehi is about 24 miles from our Mapleton base, and estimates are free.

Can you build a court on a Traverse Mountain hillside lot?
Often, yes. We cut and grade a level pad into the slope and show you what size fits before any digging starts. Fencing on the downhill side keeps balls from rolling away.
Our valley lot in Lehi is compact. What fits?
A pickleball court with a basketball key painted at one end is one good answer. Each game gets lines in its own color on one slab.
Is it windy enough on the hill for windscreens?
Near the Point of the Mountain the wind can be steady, and windscreens on the court fence cut it along with the glare. They can carry your name or a logo.
Can I sketch the court online first?
