A fenced pickleball court on a Mapleton lot
Mapleton sits under Maple Mountain at the edge of the valley, and many of its lots still have room for animals, gardens and outbuildings. Our Northern Utah crew is based right here, so a Mapleton court is about as local as a job gets.
On a lot like that, the court shares the yard with a lot of other life. Chain-link fencing with a gate keeps the dogs from chasing every ball and keeps stray balls out of the garden or the pasture. Windscreens on the fence can cut the wind off the open fields and add your family name.
Space is rarely the problem here. A pickleball court's lines are 20 by 44 feet, and with room to move the court wants about 30 by 60; many Mapleton lots can spare that and more. We walk the site, excavate and grade so water heads for the field rather than the house, and pour a post-tension slab, tightening its embedded cables after it cures so small cracks stay small.
Sports Master acrylic sand-mix in your colors, regulation lines and a permanent net on sleeve-set posts finish the court. Since we are this close, the free estimate is easy to arrange.

How do we keep the dogs off the court?
Chain-link court fencing with a gate. It keeps pets off the surface during games and keeps balls in.
Can the court sit out by the pasture?
Yes, if the ground can be graded to drain. We look at the site with you and plan where runoff should go.
