Room for a full court in Eagle Mountain
Out along the old Pony Express route in Cedar Valley, Eagle Mountain has neighborhoods where a backyard can take a full-length basketball court, a tennis court, or one big slab with several sports on it. On that much land the hard question isn't whether a court fits. It's how big to go, and where it sits relative to the house, the views and the wind.
Our answer starts on site. We walk the lot with you, mark out the court, and look at slope and drainage. Then the ground is excavated and graded, and a post-tension slab is poured; its cables are drawn taut once the concrete hardens, which keeps fine cracks from spreading as the seasons turn.
A big court is still built from the same parts. The surface is acrylic sand-mix from Sports Master, colored to suit the house; then come the lines, nets, a fixed or adjustable hoop, chain-link fencing, and windscreens on the sides that catch the Cedar Valley wind. A scoreboard and a courtside bench make a big court feel like a venue.
Dominator LED lights let you use it after dark, and you can try layouts in the designer on our home page first. Eagle Mountain is about 27 miles from Mapleton, and there's no cost for the estimate.

Questions
Asked in Eagle Mountain
How big a court can an Eagle Mountain lot take?
On a larger lot, a full basketball court or a tennis court is possible. We mark the footprint on your ground so you can see its real size before deciding.
Where should a big court sit on an open lot?
Consider the wind, the view from the house, and the distance to neighbors. We walk those with you and suggest a spot that balances them.
Can one big slab hold several sports?
Yes. Tennis, pickleball, basketball and volleyball lines can share a large slab, each in a different color so they're easy to tell apart.
Is a scoreboard worth adding?
If games get competitive, yes. A scoreboard and timer keep the count honest, and a bench at the sideline gives players somewhere to wait their turn.
