A sport court on a roomy South Jordan lot can be a full basketball court, or a tennis court with pickleball lines tucked inside it. On a compact lot in a newer neighborhood, the same idea shrinks to one slab with a half-court key and a pickleball court sharing it. Either way, the court is designed around the games your household plays, not a standard size.
We start with a design consultation in the yard: which sports, how much room, and what the neighbors will see. If an HOA reviews new structures, we can help you put a clear plan in front of the board.
Then the build. The pad is dug out and graded so it sheds water, and the slab is post-tension concrete with steel strands tightened inside it. A Sports Master acrylic surface goes on in your colors, and each sport's lines go down in a color of their own.
The finishing pieces are up to you: nets, a Dominator hoop, chain-link fencing and LED lights. Where younger kids play near the hoop, pole and backboard pads are worth the small extra. Can a tennis court have pickleball lines too?
Yes. Pickleball lines can be painted inside a tennis court in a different color, so one court plays both games. A regulation tennis doubles court is 78 by 36 feet, before the room you need around it.
Our South Jordan yard is small. Is a full build still possible?
A full build doesn't have to mean a full-size court. It means we do the whole job, from excavation to lights, on whatever size of court fits. A half-court with pickleball lines fits many compact yards.
Do you work with HOAs?
We can help you prepare a plan for the board showing the court's size, colors, fencing and lights. The decision is the HOA's, so it's worth asking early.
