A neighbor-friendly resurface in Millcreek
Millcreek lots sit close together, and a court project that rattles the street for days is hard on everyone. Resurfacing is the gentler kind of court work. Nothing gets excavated, no slab is poured, and most of the job is people working by hand: cleaning, filling cracks, spreading coats of acrylic with squeegees and painting lines.
The loudest part comes early, when the old surface is cleaned and cracks are prepared for repair. After that the work is quiet. Coat by coat, fresh Sports Master acrylic is spread with sand worked in for grip, and regulation lines are measured and painted for tennis, pickleball, basketball or a mix.
A resurface is also a good time to fix the things neighbors notice. If you add or replace lights, Dominator LED fixtures can run on a timer, so the court goes dark at an hour everyone agrees on. Windscreens on the fence soften the view of the court from next door and can carry your family name.
We will tell you at the estimate whether your court needs a full resurface or just repairs. Millcreek jobs go to our Northern Utah crew from Mapleton, roughly 42 miles south, which also recoats courts in Murray and Holladay.

Questions
Asked in Millcreek
Is resurfacing loud enough to bother the neighbors?
Some noise comes with cleaning and crack prep at the start. The coating itself is hand work with squeegees and rollers, so most of the job is quiet.
Can the court lights go off automatically?
They can. Set the Dominator LED lights on a timer and they shut off at the same hour each night, with nobody needing to remember.
Our Millcreek court only has a few cracks. Does it need a full resurface?
Not always. If the color and texture are still in good shape, crack repair alone may be enough. If the surface is faded or worn smooth too, a resurface covers the repairs and renews everything at once.
How close is your crew to Millcreek?
