A Riverton court at the back of a big lot
On a deep Riverton lot the court often sits out past the lawn, near a garden, a pasture fence or a strip of open ground. That distance is nice for noise, but it means the court gets less daily attention. Dust blows in from bare soil, irrigation water floods the edges, and weeds find every crack and seam to root in.
