Tennis Court Resurfacing in Riverton, UT
On a big Riverton lot, the tennis court often sits far from the house, where weeds, leaves and irrigation water get to it first. Resurfacing clears all of that and brings back a clean surface.

A Riverton court at the back of a big lot
Riverton began as a farm town, and some of its lots still have the room to put a tennis court well back from the house. That distance is nice for noise and privacy. It also means the court sits beside lawn, garden or open ground, and nobody notices when grass starts growing in the cracks along the edge.
Roots and weeds widen cracks the same way ice does. So when we resurface a court like this, we start by clearing the growth out of every crack and cleaning the surface completely. The cracks are then repaired and sealed, low spots are filled, and the court is coated with acrylic resurfacer and new color, then lined.
Water is the other thing to check. Irrigation that soaks the ground beside a court, or sprinklers that reach onto it, keep the edges wet and stain the surface. Moving a few heads or adding a strip of gravel along the edge helps the new color last.
With the extra room, a Riverton court can also take pickleball lines, a ball rebounder for solo practice, or Dominator LED lights for evenings. Our Northern Utah crew is based in Mapleton, about 34 miles away, and estimates are free.

Supreme Custom Courts, and specifically Ola, we're wonderful. I called Supreme with what turned out to be a simple question on how to "fix" something on our Dominator hoop. About 10 minutes later Ola was at our house and two minutes later the problem was "fixed."

Questions
Asked in Riverton
Grass is growing through the cracks on our Riverton court. Is that a problem?
Yes. Roots hold cracks open and push them wider, and they let water reach the base. We clear the growth, repair the cracks and seal the surface during the resurfacing.
Can a court that sits far from the house have lights?
Yes. Dominator LED lights can be installed at the court, with a timer or a remote so nobody has to walk out in the dark to switch them off.
Do you resurface courts that someone else built?
Yes. Who built it matters less than the shape the base is in. We look at it first, repair what it needs, and resurface it the same way we would our own.
Is there room for pickleball lines on a tennis court?
Plenty. A regulation pickleball court is 20 by 44 feet, so pickleball lines in a contrasting color fit inside a tennis court without crowding the tennis lines.
