Court colors a Saratoga Springs HOA will approve
Saratoga Springs has grown up quickly along the west shore of Utah Lake, and much of it is laid out in planned neighborhoods with their own design rules. A backyard tennis court that can be seen from the street, a trail or a neighbor's upstairs window may fall under them, and that can include its colors when it is resurfaced.
That is rarely a problem if you go in prepared. Before we resurface, we can help you lay out the court's colors, border, lines and any windscreens for the committee, so it sees what it is approving. Muted greens, blues and tans sit easily alongside stucco and desert landscaping.
The resurfacing itself follows a careful order. We clean the court, repair the cracks and low spots, then apply acrylic resurfacer, the approved color coats and new regulation lines. If your household also plays pickleball, its lines can go on in a contrasting shade that the committee has seen in advance.
Saratoga Springs is about 24 miles from Mapleton, where our Northern Utah crew starts its day, and we also work in Lehi and Eagle Mountain. Estimates are free, and a new net, posts or windscreens can go on the same quote.

Questions
Asked in Saratoga Springs
Does our Saratoga Springs HOA need to approve new court colors?
It depends on your neighborhood's rules. Some committees review anything visible from outside the yard. Check your guidelines, and if approval is needed, we can help you put together what the committee asks to see.
What colors fit a planned neighborhood?
Muted greens, blues and sandy tones blend with stucco and desert plantings, and a darker border frames the court neatly. Brighter combinations are possible too if your guidelines allow them.
Can the committee see the pickleball lines before we commit?
Yes. The plan can show tennis and pickleball lines in their colors, so nothing about the finished court comes as a surprise. New windscreens or a new net and posts can go on the same plan.
Do you resurface community courts in Saratoga Springs too?
Yes. Shared HOA courts and private backyard courts follow the same steps, and a board gets a written scope and color plan.
