A Bountiful court for grandparents and grandkids
On a Saturday in Bountiful, the same court might host a pickleball doubles game for the grandparents in the morning and a pack of grandkids shooting hoops in the afternoon. A multi-sport court lets both happen on one slab: a pickleball court with its kitchen marked out, and a basketball key with an adjustable hoop that drops low enough for small players.
Comfort matters when the players range from seven to seventy. That's where CushionX earns its place: AT Sports makes it, we're certified to put it in, and its rubber layer under the acrylic gives a little with every step. Pole and backboard pads cover the hoop post, and chain-link fencing keeps balls out of the street.
Underneath it all, the court is built for the bench. The pad is excavated and graded level with a slight fall for water, on ground that may step down the hill, and the slab is post-tension concrete whose cables get tensioned once it has cured.
Colors for the Sports Master acrylic are picked to sit well in the yard, and Dominator LED lights can run on a timer. Our Northern Utah crew comes up from Mapleton, about 56 miles south, and estimates are free.

Can older and younger players share one court?
Yes. Pickleball lines for the adults and a basketball key with an adjustable hoop for the kids can share one slab. The hoop's pinlock lets you move the rim down for little players.
Is a cushioned court easier on older knees?
A cushioned surface gives more underfoot than acrylic on bare concrete. We install AT Sports CushionX under the acrylic and can talk through whether it suits your players.
How do you build on a Bountiful bench lot?
We excavate and grade a level pad with just enough fall for drainage, working with the slope rather than against it. We walk the yard and show you where a flat court can sit.
Do you travel to Bountiful?
Yes. Our Northern Utah crew comes from Mapleton and also builds in Farmington and Kaysville, a few miles north.
