A full sport court in an established Holladay yard
A Holladay lot often has the room for a full basketball court, a tennis court, or a slab that carries several games. What it also has is history: old sprinkler lines, buried utilities, flowerbeds that took years to fill in, and trees whose roots spread well past their branches. A good plan works with all of that rather than through it.
We walk the yard with you and choose a spot that keeps the slab clear of big roots, so neither the court nor the tree suffers later. Then the site is excavated and graded so water runs off, and the post-tension slab is poured. The steel in it is pulled tight after curing, keeping the concrete in one piece through Holladay winters.
On a large court, the finish is where it becomes yours. Sports Master acrylic sand-mix comes in many colors, lines for each sport go on in their own, and a custom logo can be painted into the surface. Add windscreens with your name, a courtside bench, and Dominator LED lights for summer evenings.

Questions
Asked in Holladay
Will a court damage the big trees in my Holladay yard?
We plan the spot to keep the slab away from major roots, which protects the tree and the court. Where a tree is close, a smaller court or a different corner of the yard may be the right call.
What happens to existing sprinkler lines?
Lines under the court's footprint need rerouting before excavation. That's often a job for your landscaper; we mark the court's outline so they know exactly where it goes.
Can our logo go on the court?
Yes. A custom logo can be painted into the acrylic surface, and windscreens on the fence can carry your family name or team logo too.
Is a full tennis court possible on a Holladay lot?
On a larger lot, yes. A doubles court's lines take 78 by 36 feet, and the playing area around them is bigger still. We measure it out with you.
