Pickleball Court Installation in Holladay, UT

Holladay's big, leafy yards look like gardens, and a court should look like it belongs in one. A pickleball court in quiet greens or earth tones can sit among the trees without shouting.

A Holladay pickleball court that blends in

Holladay is known for mature trees and large lots, and many of its backyards feel more like gardens than play areas. A bright blue court can look out of place in that setting. A pickleball court does not have to: Sports Master acrylic comes in many colors, and the court, the kitchen and the border can each be chosen to sit easily among the leaves.

Darker greens for the border and a muted court color let the court settle into the garden, while a lighter kitchen keeps the non-volley line easy to read. Try a few combinations side by side before you decide, and think about how each one will look in the dappled light under your trees.

Trees also shape the build. We place the court so the slab stays clear of large roots, then excavate, grade it to drain, and pour post-tension concrete, tightening the cables inside once it cures to keep small cracks from growing. Leaves will fall on any court under a canopy, so plan on a quick sweep in autumn.

Regulation lines, a permanent net and chain-link fencing finish it. Our Northern Utah crew travels about 40 miles from Mapleton for Holladay jobs, and estimates are free.

Supreme Custom Courts, and specifically Ola, we're wonderful. I called Supreme with what turned out to be a simple question on how to "fix" something on our Dominator hoop. About 10 minutes later Ola was at our house and two minutes later the problem was "fixed."

Questions

Asked in Holladay

Which colors help a court blend into a garden?

Greens and earthy tones for the court and border usually sit quietly among trees and lawn. A lighter kitchen keeps the lines easy to read.

Can we see the colors before deciding?

Yes. Play with greens, tans and blues in the court designer on this website’s home page, then bring your favorites to the site walk.

Will tree roots crack the court?

We place the slab to stay clear of large roots and use post-tension concrete, which holds small cracks closed. Where a big tree sits close, we talk through the options at the site walk.

Do falling leaves cause problems?

Wet leaves make any court slippery, so a sweep in autumn keeps it ready to play.
