A Park City court for a part-time home

A few choices help. A permanent net on sleeve-set posts is ready the day you arrive; if you would rather take it down between visits, a portable net packs away. Dominator LED lights on a timer mean nobody needs to be home to switch them off. And a well-graded slab sheds rain and snowmelt by itself, so water does not sit on the surface for weeks.
Building at this altitude takes care. We walk the site, excavate and grade, then pour post-tension concrete: the tendons inside are stressed after the concrete gains strength, holding small cracks together through the long winter. Sports Master acrylic sand-mix in your colors and regulation lines come last.

Will the court be ready when we arrive for a visit?
With a permanent net on sleeve-set posts, a sweep is usually all it takes. A graded slab drains itself, so water does not sit on the surface while you are away.
Can the lights turn off without anyone home?
Yes. Dominator LED court lights can run on a timer or a remote.
Should we take the net down for winter?
A portable net packs away easily, and a permanent net can come off its posts for the off-season and go back up in spring.
Can you work with our property manager?
Yes. We can meet whoever looks after the house for the site walk and keep them informed during the build.
